Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle has been able to walk a few steps after undergoing surgery on her neck. The 30-year-old three-time world champion, who retired from gymnastics in 2013, crashed while training for Channel 4 TV programme The Jump.Tweddle hit a barrier on landing after executing a ski jump during training on Saturday and was airlifted to hospital in Austria.
