long. 27. Denver Broncos (0-4; Lost Antworten

Ndamukong Suh is looking forward to facing the Detroit Lions for the first time Christian Jones Jersey , giving him a chance to visit with friends and to dine at some new restaurants they have told him about.“I love the city of Detroit,” said Suh, who spent the first five years of his career with the Lions. “I spend my time in the offseason there. Got great people that I communicate with and see. Great business town. There’s a lot of people that I consider mentors that are there.”While Suh was quick to share his genuine affection for the Motor City, he chuckled when asked for his feelings about the franchise.“I’ll refrain from my comments about the organization,” he said.Detroit drafted Suh second overall eight years ago and gave him a $68 million deal with $40 million guaranteed , hoping he would lead the defense while Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson starred on offense.Suh was the only rookie to earn All-Pro honors in 2010 and he was an All-Pro two more times with the Lions. He helped Detroit end an 11-year postseason drought in 2011 and reach the playoffs again in 2014.Miami, though, was willing to give Suh much more than the Lions were in 2015. The Dolphins signed him to a six-year, $114 million deal with $60 million guaranteed, making him the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history at the time.Suh’s stay in Miami didn’t last long. He was cut earlier this year with three years left on his contract, freeing him up to sign a $14 million, one-year deal with the Rams to play alongside star defensive tackle Aaron Donald.Suh has fit in well, playing inside and on the edge for defensive coordinator Wade Philips.“I pride myself on being able to play any position on the defensive line Devon Kennard Jersey ,” said Suh, who has 34 tackles and 3陆 sacks. “And, if I need to go play linebacker, I’m happy to do so. We’re winning games, so that’s most important to me.”The 31-year-old Suh has not won a division title, but that can change as soon as Sunday.Los Angeles (10-1) can clinch the NFC West championship with a win over the slumping Lions (4-7) at Ford Field. Here’s some things to watch:NEVER SATISFIEDWhile Suh enjoys his homecoming of sorts, Donald will remind the Lions what they’re missing. Detroit drafted tight end Eric Ebron No. 10 overall in 2014, passing on a chance to take Donald. The Rams selected Donald No. 13 overall and he has become one of the league’s best players. Donald has a NFL- and career-high 14陆 sacks, surpassing the 11 he had last season when he was the Associated Press Defensive Player of the Year.“The best part about Aaron is the first thing he’ll say is that he can always improve,” Rams coach Sean McVay said.RUN AROUNDDetroit’s defense has had a dramatic turnaround against the run, becoming the league’s only team to hold three straight opponents to fewer than 60 yards rushing this season. After ranking last in rushing defense earlier this year, the Lions are No. 14 and Damon “Snacks” Harrison seems to have a lot to do with the turnaround. Detroit acquired Harrison from the New York Giants for a fifth-round pick.“The problem is that as the season goes on, it becomes more and more difficult to stop the run Will Harris Detroit Lions Jersey ,” Lions coach Matt Patricia said.“We obviously have another huge problem this week with the run game with the Rams. Todd Gurley is one of the best backs in the league.”READY TO ROLLGurley has 1,043 yards rushing, trailing only Dallas’ Ezekiel Elliott. He had a touchdown in 13 consecutive games, setting a franchise record, before not scoring Nov. 19 during the Rams’ 54-51 win over Kansas City. He is expected to be healthy after having a minor ankle injury early against the Chiefs.SAY WHAT?Lions receiver Bruce Ellington gave a startling answer when asked if his hamstring was healthy.“I don’t know if it’s fully recovered because they removed it,” he said. “I don’t have it anymore.”Ellington had a severe injury that kept him out for all of 2016 and limited him earlier this season in Houston. Ellington said he had one of his hamstring muscles removed two years ago, following a procedure recommended by former Texans receiver Andre Johnson .“They say if you keep it, it’s going to keep scarring up,” Ellington recalled doctors telling him.The 5-foot-9 Ellington said he’s explosive enough to dunk a basketball and to do his job with the Lions, who signed him after they traded Golden Tate to Philadelphia. He has ended up playing an even larger role because Marvin Jones is on injured reserve. Ellington has matched his career high with six catches in each of his two games in Detroit.HELP ON THE WAYDetroit is preparing to play against veteran cornerback Aqib Talib , who has been out since Week 3 with an ankle injury.“They have great players on the defense, and are getting another great player back this week,” Patricia said. We have passed the quarter mark of the NFL season Will Harris Jersey 2019 , and things are beginning to shake out in 2019. Many team made huge leaps and hard falls this week as we get to the point where teams start showing their identity in 2019. Here is where everyone stands:1. Kansas City Chiefs (4-0; Won 34-30 vs DET) (+1)Kansas City prevailed in an absolute battle against the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Patrick Mahomes had arguably the worst start of his young NFL career and sloppy turnovers almost condemned the Chiefs. A few defensive plays of their own and a late drive by the quarterback was enough to pull ahead late, though. 2. New England Patriots (4-0; Won 16-10 vs BUF) (-1)Tom Brady had one of the worst games of his storied career, but the Patriots were able to prevail anyway and get their third straight win against an AFC East foe. Brady threw for only 150 yards and an interception on 39 attempts, but the defense held strong to keep the team’s unbeaten season alive. 3. New Orleans Saints (3-1; Won 12-10 vs DAL) (+1)Teddy Bridgewater remains undefeated on the year after the Saints won a Sunday Night defensive slog against the Dallas Cowboys. It is a win that could come in handy in a few months when tiebreakers get sorted out.4. Dallas Cowboys (3-1; Lost 12-10 vs NO) (+1)Dak Prescott’s hot start to the season came to a halt as he and running back Ezekiel Elliot had trouble cracking a tough Saints defense. The Cowboys own defense proved that they are the real deal, though. 5. Green Bay Packers (3-1; Lost 34-27 vs PHI) (+1)Green Bay’s elite defense was absent and a bad game from quarterback Aaron Rodgers meant that the Packers could not take advantage of a bad night from the Eagles. The Packers lost their first game of the season as the NFC North looks wide open. 6. San Francisco 49ers (3-0; BYE) (+1)The undefeated 49ers got a week to rest with a Monday night showdown against the Browns coming up next week. 7. Chicago Bears (3-1; Won 16-6 vs MIN) (+5)The Monsters of the Midway roared this week as their defense tore the Vikings to shreds. They held Minnesota to under 100 total yards through the first three quarters and it felt like they were in the backfield before the Vikings even snapped the ball. It was a vintage Bears performance fitting of their throwback uniforms as Chicago made a statement in the NFC North. The long term health of Mitch Trubisky—who left the game on the opening series—remains a concern going forward though. 8. Los Angeles Rams (3-1; Lost 55-40 vs TB) (-5)Los Angeles dug themselves into an early 21-0 hole and never regained the the lead as they lost a wild game in the Coliseum. Jared Goff threw 68 passes, two touchdowns and three interceptions, and his 517 passing yards were the only offensive production the team had. The defense made a few big plays, but they were poor as well. 9. Seattle Seahawks (3-1; Won 27-10 vs ARI) (+2)Chris Carson eclipsed the 100-yard mark, and the Seahawks won handily against their divisional foes. A huge NFC West match up against the Rams is on the horizon. 10. Detroit Lions (2-1-1; Lost 34-30 vs KC) (+4)An excellent defensive gameplan saw the Lions pull off a masterclass performance and almost defeat the Chiefs. If not for a few bad turnovers and a weird fumble recovery touchdown, Detroit may not have lost their first game this week. 11. Philadelphia Eagles (2-2; Won 34-27 vs GB) (+5) The Eagles came out victorious in a wild Thursday night matchup against the Packers. Carson Wentz did not have his best game but the defense came up huge as the Eagles got back to .500. The win could also help the team with tiebreakers come playoff time.12. Los Angeles Chargers (2-2; Won 30-10 vs MIA) (+3)Philip Rivers and the Chargers got to be the beneficiaries of the Miami Dolphins tank tour this week. 13. Cleveland Browns (2-2; Won 40-25 vs BAL) (+4)Cleveland put together their first truly good performance of the season in Week 4. They beat a talented Ravens team as Baker Mayfield finally started looking like his rookie-year self. The win puts the Browns atop the AFC North.14. Buffalo Bills (3-1; Lost 16-10 vs NE) (+4)The Bills may have lost to the Patriots this week, but they put together a performance worth hanging their hat on. The defense shut down a Patriots offense that looked like a juggernaut entering this week, and if not for a blocked punt touchdown, they may have won this game. The health of quarterback Josh Allen—who left the game early with an injury—gives the Bills something to worry about as they prepare to enter the wild card race. 15. Baltimore Ravens (2-2; Lost 40-25 vs CLE) (-7)The fire from the Ravens hot start seems to be extinguished Will Harris Jersey Mens , as Baltimore dropped their second straight game after another rough day from Lamar Jackson. The quarterback threw two interceptions and rookie receiver Marquise Brown was quiet with only 22 yards. Baltimore will be heading to Pittsburgh next week for a usually-brutal matchup against the Steelers.16. Tennessee Titans (2-2; Won 24-10 vs ATL) (+5)A first-half explosion from Marcus Mariota, A.J. Brown and Corey Davis was enough to see the Titans past the Falcons and get back in the win column after a two-game skid. 17. Houston Texans (2-2; Lost 16-10 vs CAR) (-8)Houston is going to walk away from this game feeling like they missed an opportunity. They got to play backup quarterback Kyle Allen at home, but their own offense failed to get going as they dropped a winnable game. Deshaun Watson only threw for 160 yards and the rest of the offense failed to do anything. 18. Minnesota Vikings (2-2; Lost 16-6 vs CHI) (-8)Minnesota’s offense felt like they were stuck in quicksand. Nothing was working for them against the Bears in Week 4. Star running back Dalvin Cook was shut down, Stefon Diggs was a bystander for much of the game, and Adam Thielen was quiet too. Minnesota needs to make some serious changes to their offense going forward. 19. Indianapolis Colts (2-2; Lost 31-24 vs OAK) (-6)The Colts dug themselves into an early hole against the Raiders, and bad play from the offense hindered them from ever digging themselves out. Marlon Mack was held to only 39 yards and Zach Pascal’s 72 yards led the team. Indianapolis missed out on a chance to get a step ahead in a wide open AFC South. 20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-2; Won 55-40 vs LAR) (+4)Tampa Bay pulled off a mess of a win to defeat the Rams for a Week 4 upset in the City of Angels. Jameis Winston threw for 385 yards and a touchdown, and receiver Chris Godwin had a big day as well with 172 yards and two scores on 12 catches. Tampa Bay has played themselves into the thick of the NFC South race. 21. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-2; Won 26-24 vs DEN) (+2)225 yards from Leonard Fournette and a last-minute drive by rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew saw the Jaguars get out of Mile High with their second win of the season. Fournette set a career high in rushing yards for the day. Jacksonville is now in a four-way tie in the AFC South.22. New York Giants (2-2; Won 24-3 vs WAS) (+6)The legend of Daniel Jones grows as the quarterback kept his undefeated record through another NFL start. 225 yards, a touchdown, along with two interceptions was enough as the Giants dominated their division rivals to get to .500 on the year. 23. Carolina Panthers (2-2; Won 16-10 vs HOU) (-3)It was not as pretty as last week, but Kyle Allen earned his second win this season to stay undefeated. The quarterback threw for 232 yards and running back—and MVP contender—Christian McCaffrey added 93 yards and a score on the ground. With the Falcons reeling and the Saints without Drew Brees, Carolina has reason to believe they can compete for the NFC South crown.24. Atlanta Falcons (1-3; Lost 24-10 vs TEN) (-5)It’s safe to say that the Falcons Super Bowl window is closed. Matt Ryan nearly hit the 400-yard mark in Week 4, but needed 53 attempts to get there. Once again, Atlanta was out of this game by halftime Youth Will Harris Jersey , and the scoreboard gives them more credit than they deserve. 25. Oakland Raiders (2-2; Won 31-24 vs IND) 'The Raiders shocked the Colts with a few long touchdowns that gave them an early lead they never lost. Rookie running back Josh Jacobs had 79 yards on 17 carries in another decent performance. The Raiders defense showed some resilience as they held off a late Colts rally. 26. Pittsburgh Steelers(1-3; Won 27-3 vs CIN) (-4)It is really hard to look bad in the midst of a 24-point victory, but the Steelers did it. Mason Rudolph looked afraid and unsettled much of the night, and the defense’s big day should be credited more towards the Bengals offensive line being a row of turnstiles. Pittsburgh finally got in the win column, but don’t expect them to stay there for very long. 27. Denver Broncos (0-4; Lost 26-24 vs JAX) (-1)Denver stayed winless on the year after another bad game from Joe Flacco condemned them. Their new quarterback was sporadic with his passes and his three touchdown statline gives him more credit that he deserves. The Broncos are just waiting for Drew Lock to return from injury. 28. New York Jets (0-3; BYE) (+1)The winless Jets got a week of rest as they will hope to get a win in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, their upcoming schedule looks tough, with the Eagles, Cowboys and Patriots on the horizon.29. Washington (0-4; Lost 24-3 vs NYG) (-2)Washington is officially among the bottom teams in the league. They were dominated by a poor Giants team and look like they are already prepared for the draft. Rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins did enter the game, though, and might see his first NFL start against New England next week. 30. Cincinnati Bengals (0-4; Lost 27-3 vs PIT) 'The Bengals were embarrassed by their AFC North rivals on “Sunday Night Football.” Andy Dalton could not keep the offense going, and the offensive line had trouble keeping their quarterback upright all night. The Bengals may be on 0-16 watch.31. Arizona Cardinals (0-3-1; Lost 27-10 vs SEA) 'Kyler Murray had another rough day and he got absolutely no help from the team around him. The quarterback threw for 241 yards and an interception as a lifeless Cardinals team failed to earn their first win of the season. 32. Miami Dolphins (0-4; Lost 30-10 vs LAC) 'Tua Tagovailoa absolutely blasted Ole Miss this week.
