Authorities say she was found with a bottle of the drug during the investigations by the states Horse Racing Commission and Attorney Generals Office.The drug is used to treat horses with respiratory disease but has the effect of a performance-enhancing drug when its used outside the prescribed guidelines.Its unclear if Vega has an attorney who can comment on the charges.
