Milestone men Harry Taylor and Jack Riewoldt could be locked in an intriguing one-on-one battle during Sundays AFL clash at the MCG between Geelong and Richmond. This AFL season has featured no shortage of memorable milestones, headlined by Brent Harvey breaking the league games record in round 19.Adelaides Scott Thompson, St Kilda skipper Nick Riewoldt, North Melbourne forward Drew Petrie, Geelongs Jimmy Bartel and Hawthorn duo Shaun Burgoyne and Sam Mitchell have broken the 300-game barrier.Taylor and Riewoldt will `only be playing their 200th games on the weekend but could mark the occasion by playing on each other.Tom Lonergan has done a good job on Riewoldt in recent meetings but there is every chance Taylor will spend some time on the two-time Coleman medallist.Weve had some pretty good battles over the year. I havent played on him a great deal as of late, Taylor said. But hes just so dangerous and his movement is so silky. He always looks really balanced .. hes an outstanding player ... who is playing really good footy in a forward line that is probably not getting a lot of supply. Its his milestone game as well .. hes going to be a big focus for us because hes a really important player for them.Riewoldt has delivered plenty of highlight-reel fodder since being drafted by the Tigers in 2006.The Tasmanian has also hit the headlines for other reasons - for example in 2014 when comments about Richmonds gameplan didnt go down well with Tigers coach Damien Hardwick. We caught up with him this morning and removed his foot from his mouth and my foot from his arse, Hardwick said at the time.Riewoldt then jumped a construction fence, tried to hide behind a car and caught a train in an unsuccessful attempt to hide from TV cameras. But the 27-year-olds passion and love of the yellow and black has never been up for question. He loves his footy. Hes emotionally invested in this footy club and thats what we love about him, Hardwick said earlier this week.Hes a terrific player.Hes an incredible talent. A great football brain and were lucky to have him.Hes played 200 great games and we look forward to him playing a lot more in Richmond colours. The Tigers have lost their past 11 clashes with Geelong, with their most recent coming in round nine of the 2006 season.Geelong have been an outstanding outfit for a long period of time, Hardwick said.We give ourselves every chance, weve obviously got to be at our best.HARRY TAYLOR*199 games*Runner up in club best and fairest (2013)*All-Australian (2010, 2013)*Premiership player (2009, 2011)JACK RIEWOLDT*199 games*Club best and fairest (2010)*All-Australian (2010, 2015)*Coleman medallist (2010, 2012).
