Alan Pardew says referee Jon Moss failed to give a blatant penalty during Crystal Palaces 3-2 defeat by West Brom at the Hawthorns. With the score at 3-1 to the Baggies, Gareth McAuley appeared to push Scott Dann in the back as he went up for a header, but Moss waved play on.West Brom held on to win 3-2, but Pardew, who hasnt seen his side win in the Premier League for 10 games, says Moss got it wrong. He told Sky Sports: I think there was a blatant penalty in the second half, the one on Scott Dann was an obvious one. He was about to head that in, and hes charged in the back. Thats a definite penalty in my opinion. I thought [Moss] should have seen that, and when I asked why he didnt give it he said he was distracted by something else, I dont know. Im disappointed with that.
