The 3-year-old daughter of BYU Cougars running backs coach Reno Mahe and former BYU volleyball star Sunny Tonga Mahe died Tuesday evening, after an accident at the familys home.Elsie Mahe, one of seven children, went into severe respiratory distress after an accident involving the cord of a window blind on Nov. 22.Our Elsie girl has officially been released to heaven -- at least from a worldly, paperwork standpoint, Sunny Mahe wrote Tuesday night.
