Greg Rutherford will bid for a first major indoor title after being named in Britains team for this months World Indoor Championships in Portland. Rutherford, the reigning Olympic and world long jump champion, is fit after missing the recent Glasgow Indoor grand prix and British trials with a minor injury and cold.The vast majority of Britains leading names are absent, with Mo Farah, who will compete at the World Half Marathon Championships in Cardiff on March 26, Jessica Ennis-Hill (Achilles injury) and Katarina Johnson-Thompson all opting to skip the event in the United States.
