The Pittsburgh Steelers are taking a chance on Karlos Williams, signing the former Buffalo Bills running back to their practice squad Wednesday.Williams, who was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season for violating the NFLs substance-abuse policy, was released by the Bills on Aug. 21.Williams, 23, began training camp on the Bills active/non-football illness list after he reported to minicamp in June out of shape.
