Two people close to the negotiations say the Atlanta Hawks have agreed to contracts with free agents Paul Millsap and DeMarre Carroll. The people spoke to The Associated Press on Saturday on condition of anonymity because contracts cannot become official until Wednesday when the NBAs free agency moratorium ends.
