Hamilton selected the six-foot-one, 245-pound native of Lennoxville, Que., in the second round, 10th overall, in the 2012 CFL draft. Plesius played four seasons at Laval after transferring from Baylor, registering 123.5 tackles, 4.5 quarterback sacks and five interceptions in 31 games.
