my second fight so had to get it fixed. Ive got time on my hands, so had it done. Not throwing a proper right hand and holding b Antworten

MIAMI -- Wayne Ellington is standing in a room filled with hundreds of high school students, all of them silent and hanging on every word that the new Miami Heat guard is saying.Hes not there to tell basketball stories.Hes there to talk about his father -- a victim of gun violence not even two years ago.Ellington plays his first preseason game with the Heat on Tuesday night, an exhibition matchup in Washington against the Wizards that will soon be forgotten. But hes already trying to make a much more lasting impact in Miami by sharing the story of the pain that continues to linger after his father was shot dead when an argument went very wrong.Still grieving and its still fresh, Ellington said. But I just realized Ive got to do as much as I can to make a difference. Every day, its happening to a different family, to somebodys son, to somebodys father. So this stage Im on, this platform Im on, I want to make use of it as much as I can for as long as Im on it to raise as much awareness as I can.Seeing athletes try to use their platform with hopes of sparking social change is commonplace right now, starting with San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick refusing to stand for the national anthem in a protest designed to bring new light on racial injustice -- and countless other high school, college and pro athletes following suit since.Ellington and some members of the Heat want to go farther, beyond symbolic acts that occur during the playing of The Star-Spangled Banner. Its important for us to bring awareness to the situation, Heat forward Justise Winslow said. But even more important is what we do with that awareness. We have to go out in the community, we have to figure things out ... the right way to raise awareness. We all might not agree on everything, but we have to figure out something. All around the Heat locker room, there are players that can relate to what many in the U.S. are dealing with right now.Winslow is from Houston, where the city dealt with a mass shooting just last week. Hassan Whiteside is from just outside of Charlotte, where the recent shooting death of a black man by a police officer sparked two nights of violent protests and added to the nations fury over a rash of such incidents. Tyler Johnson and Josh Richardson have mothers who have spent their adult lives serving in the military. Ellingtons father was killed by a gunshot. It affects all of us, Whiteside said.Ellingtons father was shot twice in the head on Nov. 9, 2014, found behind the wheel of his car in Philadelphia. A man pleaded guilty to a third-degree murder charge earlier this year for the shooting, and is serving a sentence of 30 to 60 years.Ellington started what he calls the Peace Games earlier this year, an event designed to bring at-risk youth and young adults together to talk about gun violence prevention and other causes.I knew I had to do something to make a change, Ellington said. The protests and pleas by several athletes -- Kaepernick included -- have largely centered around the relationship between police and citizens. For Ellington, it goes far deeper. And his new teammates already seem genuinely moved by his story. We all have to live together -- Spanish people, black people, white people, all colors, all races, Miami forward Derrick Williams said. For us to survive, we have to stay together.Ellington doesnt speak for long when hes talking to schoolkids; in two recent appearances, his remarks lasted just a few minutes at each stop.He didnt need to say much more. His message is simple: Theres almost always a better way than violence. You dont have to take that direction, Ellington says, as dozens of kids stare right at him, many of them nodding. Theres so many other opportunities out there for you. Theres so many other different ways to solve a problem, to solve a conflict. We need to come together as people. We need to love each other. We need to find ways to help each other. Thats what Im here to do. Cheap Hockey Jerseys China . Miller finished in two minutes, 6.09 seconds, one day before the first medal race on the Alpine schedule. The 36-year-old American also turned in the top time in Thursdays opening training session. Adidas NHL Jerseys China . They had already blown a double-digit lead, fans were hitting the exits, and a long seven-game road trip waited at the end. http://www.cheapnhljerseysfromchina.com/ . Jay Feely kicked a 41-yard field goal in overtime, and the Cardinals edged the Tennessee Titans 37-34 in overtime after blowing a 17-point lead late in the fourth quarter. Cheap NHL Jerseys Authentic . The Dane followed up his first European Tour title last weekend with eight birdies and just a single dropped shot on Thursday for a one-stroke advantage over South Africas Allan Versfeld and Portugals Ricardo Santos. Adidas Hockey Jerseys China . Robredo, ranked No. 16, bounced back from an upset loss to Leonardo Mayer in the second round of the Royal Guard Open in Chile last week to down Carreno Busta in 1 hour, 25 minutes. On a day filled mostly with qualifying matches, fifth-seeded Marcel Granollers of Spain also entered the second with a 7-5, 3-6, 6-2 win over Aljaz Bedene of Slovenia, while Guido Pella of Argentina defeated Guillermo Garcia-Lopez of Spain 7-6 (6), 6-4 to advance. Working the waiver wire is crucial to succeeding in fantasy basketball. With so many games, injuries and endless shifts in rotations throughout the season, we need to source stats from free agency in order to maximize our imaginary rosters. In this weekly series we identify players available as free agents in at least half of ESPN leagues at each position. Some nominations are purely specialists capable of helping in one or two categories, while others deliver more diverse and important statistical offerings. Either way, we believe the names below -- ordered by ownership rate at each position -- can contribute positively to fantasy rosters.Point guardJrue Holiday, New Orleans Pelicans (Owned in 48.0 percent of ESPN leagues): This is our last call for Holiday, a lead guard who tied for 14th in the NBA in usage rate last season and is likely to return to action this month. The Pelicans are eighth in the league in pace with 101 possessions per 48 minutes, adding upside to Holidays already rich production profile upon his return.J.J. Barea, Dallas Mavericks (40.2): Tied with Kyle Lowry among point guards in usage rate this season, Barea is also sixth in the league in drives per game. Already a valuable source of 3-pointers, assists and points, Barea also claims increased value playing behind a brittle starting point guard in Deron Williams.Ish Smith, Detroit Pistons (31.5): Smiths ownership is dwindling as Reggie Jackson nears a return, but this shift appears a bit premature, at least in deeper leagues. With Jackson still a few weeks off, we can expect nearly 30 minutes per game and helpful support in dimes and steals from Smith.Shooting guardJustise Winslow, Miami Heat (44.5): With multiple steals in four of his past six games -- as of Sunday -- Winslow can help in a scarce category. It also helps to consider that the Heat wing is averaging 36 minutes per game, tied for 11th in the league.Tyler Johnson, Miami Heat (41.8): We prefer Johnson to his teammate Winslow, as he provides more scoring and production from beyond the arc in addition to an uptick in assist output with Goran Dragic currently ailing.Sean Kilpatrick, Brooklyn Nets (31.9): A weekly inclusion in our waiver series, Kilpatrick has lofted double-digit field goal attempts in all but three games this season. Afforded rare freedom to shoot from the arc for the Nets, a team that ranks second in the NBA in pace, Kilpatrick merits more attention from fantasy investors.Thabo Sefolosha, Atlanta Hawks (10.5): The rare defensive specialist, Sefolosha is second in the league in steals per game. Steals are an entirely difficult stat to accumulate for fantasy rosters built around frontcourt assets, so adding this larcenous guard can help balance out the bench in these scenarios.Josh Richardson, Miami Heat (3.9): Were nominating three shooting guards from the same team as worthy waiver options, mostly because the void left by Dwyane Wade has left a good deal of opportunitty for these players to consume.dddddddddddd Richardsons ownership is deflated thanks to an injury that saw him sidelined in the early weeks, but now that hes back to playing steady minutes, he can help in assists -- hes assuming starting point guard duties with Dragic ailing -- and 3-point production.Small forwardMichael Kidd-Gilchrist, Charlotte Hornets (43.7): We need to look past Kidd-Gilchrists meager scoring output and instead focus on the fact hes averaging 1.3 blocks and 1.6 steals in addition to eight boards. Such helpful defensive metrics allows us to then take on more hollow scoring commodities to balance out production.C.J. Miles, Indiana Pacers (33.9): An efficient rate of .489 points per touch rates second behind only DeMar DeRozan in this efficiency metric among players averaging at least 15 minutes this season. Afforded the starting spot over Monta Ellis this past weekend at shooting guard, there could be a telling shift underway with Miles earning increased exposure and trust from the coaching staff.Maurice Harkless, Portland Trail Blazers (17.6): Similar to Kidd-Gilchrist, Harkless wont wow you in scoring production, but with 30 minutes per game in an up-tempo scheme, hes helping owners in steals, blocks and 3-point production.James Ennis, Memphis Grizzlies (11.6): Another cheap path to 30 minutes per game, Ennis is a 3-and-D commodity to consider in deeper formats.Power forwardTrevor Booker, Brooklyn Nets (42.1): With Brook Lopez again struggling on the glass and not playing every game, the Nets rely on Bookers rebounding and defense in the frontcourt. A steady double-double threat thanks to the Nets amazing pace, Booker also ranks seventh in the league in steals per game.Robert Covington, Philadelphia 76ers (25.3): The shooting percentages are atrocious, but its quite rare to find a player averaging at least two steals and 3-pointers per game. If your league doesnt count shooting percentages, Covington can provide positive production.Cody Zeller, Charlotte Hornets (16.2): Averaging nearly 25 minutes in November and regularly starting ahead of Roy Hibbert lately, Zeller provides useful block production at a scarce position.CenterTyson Chandler, Phoenix Suns (46.9): Once Chandler returns to action for the Suns (he is currently away due to a family matter), he can continue dominating on the glass, as the steady vet is third in the league in rebounds per game and fourth in rebounding chances per game.Clint Capela, Houston Rockets (33.1): As the key rim protector for the Rockets, Capela provides strong block metrics and worthy rebounding and steal rates.Kelly Olynyk, Boston Celtics (5.1): Considerably underappreciated by the fantasy market, this stretch big is averaging 17.5 points over his past two games and is a strong complementary scorer to Al Horford in the frontcourt.
