sition in the AAC with a road win as Worth continued to show growth. He not only ran for more than 100 yards and scored the winn Antworten

The 2016 regular season is on the horizon, which means it could only be time for one thing: 2017 fantasy football rankings!Am I getting ahead of myself here? Yes, definitely. But hear me out. For those of you in keeper and dynasty leagues, its usually a good exercise to consider each players value one year from now.The below rankings are based on assumptions about 2016 season happenings and marinated in speculation about what will go down next offseason. However, barring disaster, many of the highly-ranked young players are nearly assured an increase in opportunity come 2017 offseason programs.Lets have some fun!Quarterback The likes of Aaron Rodgers, Eli Manning, Philip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger will still be in their mid-to-late 30s and should be positioned for another year or so of top-end production. Could 2017 be the year we start to worry about 40-year-old Tom Brady and 38-year-old Drew Brees? Yes, Im buying on another big year from Tyrod Taylor in Buffalo -- I can hear it already! Dak Prescott?hasnt even played a down, you fool! I know. I get it. But even if hes an average passer, hes going to generate enough fantasy production with his legs to land in the QB1 discussion this time next year. Oh, and the hype will be crazy. Of course, the assumption here is that Dallas moves on from 37-year-old and second-coming-of-Chad-Pennington, Tony Romo, but he could land on his feet elsewhere. Carson Wentzs promotion to starter will push him into the QB2 mix. Hes definitely going to run a lot. After an ugly offseason, Im not convinced 22-year-old Jared Goff will be ready to take a pedestrian Rams team to fantasy relevance. If hes even halfway decent during Bradys suspension, Jimmy Garoppolo will be a hot name in trade talks next offseason. Running Back The top-four guys are no-brainers, but it gets fun from there. Im a big Carlos Hyde fan. Hes the same age as both?LeVeon Bell?and David Johnson,?and on the verge of a major breakout season. Will 32-year-old Adrian Peterson be back in Minnesota? If not, Jerick McKinnon will be a popular RB2 breakout candidate. Regardless of where he is, Peterson will still be in the RB1 conversation.?Derrick Henry?showed me enough during the preseason that I expect him to take control of the Tennessee backfield at some point?this season.?Danny Woodhead?will be 32 years old and is an pending free agent. His decline or departure would open up more targets for Melvin Gordon, who (get ready for this hot take) will score at least one touchdown this season! I recently named T.J. Yeldon a candidate to be this years Devonta Freeman, and although that might be a stretch, I expect him to be well ahead of Chris Ivory by this point next year. At least for now, Kenneth Dixon is the heavy favorite to be Baltimores 2017 Week 1 starter. Fellow 2016 rookies Paul Perkins, Jordan Howard, Kenyan Drake and DeAndre Washington could all be in position to start as well. Rashad Jennings will be 32 years old, Jeremy Langford isnt good, Arian Foster is on a one-year deal and will be 31 years old and Latavius Murray will be a free agent. Could highly intriguing Darius Jackson be?Ezekiel Elliotts primary backup?. I included?Jeremy Langford?and Matt Jones just in case they defy expectations and actually produce this year. I know, Im stubborn. Wide ReceiverA change at the top? Antonio Brown will be 29 years old this time next year. Thats not old, but Odell Beckham Jr. is currently 23 and a good bet for another step forward in his third year.?Sammy Watkins?is one of the leagues most-talented wide receivers and he will make the jump into the elite category this year.?Josh Gordons off-field concerns will always?be there, but hell only be 26 years old and, assuming all goes well, will have 12 games under his belt from the 2016 season.?DeSean Jackson?and Pierre Garcon will both be free agents next offseason, which sets up Josh Doctson as one of the top 2017 breakout candidates.?Alshon Jeffery?and Steve Smith Sr. will be free agents, which helps set up Kevin White and Breshad Perriman for a promotion. Will Jordy Nelson continue to haul in the long balls at the age of 32??2016 rookies Sterling Shepard, Laquon Treadwell, Will Fuller, Corey Coleman and Michael Thomas will each be positioned for expanded roles during their sophomore campaigns. Im buying on Devin Funchess as Carolinas future No. 1 wide receiver. ?A concerning age for a wideout is 33. So I imagine well be viewing Brandon Marshall similarly to how we are eyeballing?Larry Fitzgerald this year.?Chris Conley?is a super-overlooked 2016 breakout candidate.Tight End Rob Gronkowski and Jordan Reed are in their prime and figure to hold down the top of the position for another year or so. A fully-healthy Tyler Eifert will enter 2017 at the age of 26 and slotted in as Cincinnatis No. 2 target behind?A.J. Green. Zach Ertz?needs a few more touchdowns and hell be a solid mid-pack TE1 option.?Eric Ebron, Clive Walford and Maxx Williams are candidates to take a big step forward into the TE1 discussion this season.?Hunter Henry?(behind Antonio Gates this year), Tyler Higbee (Lance Kendricks) and Austin Hooper (Jacob Tamme) are talented pass-catchers and positioned well for promotions next year.?Martellus Bennett?and Jared Cook are in great situations here in in 2016, but both are on one-year deals. Tigers Jerseys China . Kuznetsov, who was selected by the Capitals in the first round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, has been playing for his hometown team Chelyabinsk Traktor of the KHL. George Mullin Jersey .Y. -- Bills receiver Stevie Johnson has a bone to pick with the NFL schedule maker. https://www.cheaptigers.com/859z-harold-castro-jersey-tigers.html . This should be celebrated because it will not always be this way. With the amount of money given to players by their clubs these days, it is a wonder that so many of those teams allow the sport to continue to take away many of their assets so they can play for a different team in the middle of their season. Jim Leyland Jersey . "We have always prided ourselves on the way we play defence. Having two big pieces back is going to be a key for us moving forward for years to come," said Knighthawks head coach Mike Hasen. John Hiller Jersey . Didier Drogba gave away the penalty that put Senegal one goal away from a major upset, but the veteran striker will get another chance -- probably his last -- at the World Cup after Salomon Kalous injury-time strike sealed the Ivorians place in Brazil next year. NEW ORLEANS -- Will Worth is getting a pretty good handle on this late-game heroics stuff.A week after Navys quarterback scored the winning touchdown on a late, 1-yard run against Connecticut in his first start, he did the same thing in a 21-14 American Athletic Conference victory against Tulane on Saturday night. The winner against Connecticut came with 3:08 left in a 28-24 victory and the winner against Tulane came with 2:57 left, capping a performance in which he had 111 yards rushing on 26 carries. The offense had confidence that we could move the ball and we just had to finish the drive, Worth said. It was great to see that the o-line was pushing, everyone just really gave everything they had for that last drive and it showed.Worth, a senior thrust into the starting lineup when Tago Smith suffered a torn right ACL in the season opener against Fordham, had eight carries for 58 yards on the winning 10-play, 72-yard drive. He threw a two-point conversion pass to Toneo Gulley for a 21-14 lead.It was a back-alley fight, Navy coach Ken Niumatalolo said. They punch us, we punch them, they punch us, we punch them... Fortunately, at the end, we found a way to win that game.Tulanes Andrew DiRocco missed wide left on a 45-yard field goal attempt with 7:39 left in the game, setting up Navys winning drive. Its disappointing, but thats how Navy wins games, just how they did it, Green Wave first-year coach Willie Fritz said. They grind it out. Theyve got a winning culture there, and thats what we want to have. After a scoreless first quarter, Navy (3-0, 2-0 American) drove 94 yards on 15 plays and took a 7-0 lead on Chris Highs 6-yard touchdown run. The 15 plays were the most by the Midshipmen on a possession this season.Tulane (1-2, 0-1) responded with an 8-play (all runs), 75-yard drive capped by a 2-yard touchdown from Josh Rounds. He had five carries for 52 yards on the drive.Shawn White had 4-yard touchdown run, but Bennett Moehring missed the extra point and Navy led 113-7.ddddddddddddThe Green Wave responded with a 76-yard drive that ended with 36-yard touchdown run by Dontrell Hilliard with 19 seconds left in the third quarter.BACKFIELD DEPTHWorth and Gulley were the headliners, but the depth of Navys rushing attack was significant. Gulley had 80 yards rushing, but High (51 yards) and White (6 yards) scored the touchdowns that set the stage for Worths heroics.DODGING BULLETSThe Midshipmen nearly did themselves in with two fumbles, but the Green Wave failed to capitalize. Tre Walkers fumbled ended the first drive of the second half at the Tulane 30 and Worths fumble stopped another drive at the Tulane 34 early in the fourth quarter. Tulane, which did not commit a turnover, punted after the first recovery and missed a field goal after the second.THE TAKEAWAYNavy: The Midshipmen strengthened their position in the AAC with a road win as Worth continued to show growth. He not only ran for more than 100 yards and scored the winning touchdown, but he showed poise throughout the winning drive.Tulane: The Green Wave narrowly lost what would have been an uplifting win in Fritzs first AAC game. Freshman Johnathan Brantley had his moments in his first start, but hell need to show more consistency as a passer going forward. He completed 3 of 12 for 21 yards.UP NEXTNavy: The Midshipmen have an open date next week before visiting Air Force on Oct. 1 in their first game in this seasons Commander-In-Chief Trophy series. Air Force leads the series 28-20, but Navy won last seasons meeting 33-11.Tulane: The Green Wave conclude a three-game home-stand when they host Louisiana-Lafayette next Saturday. Tulane leads the series 21-6, but the Ragin Cajuns prevailed in the last meeting, 24-21, in the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl in 2013 in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.---AP college football website: collegefootball.ap.org ' ' '
