al StarCraft II League Season 2: Code S finals to earn a seed into the World Championship Series Global Playoffs and Finals. Byu Antworten

Byun ByuN Hyun Woo took down Jin Air Green Wings Kim sOs Yoo Jin, 4-1, in the Global StarCraft II League Season 2: Code S finals to earn a seed into the World Championship Series Global Playoffs and Finals. ByuN was the first teamless player in professional StarCraft history to make the finals of a premier South Korean league and absolutely rocked the competitive world with his GSL victory.Byun is the first player in the 15+ years of professional Korean Starcraft to make a final while being teamless pic.twitter.com/rXZ50AnVtx- The Esports Writer (@FionnOnFire) September 2, 2016When the GSL finals began, sOs was the bigger name with an experience edge in tournament finals (as a two-time world champion) and strong macro play. He was a fixture in the modern competitive StarCraft II community and scene, but the dark horse, ByuN, was ultimately too much for him. ByuN possessed better micro and pinpoint control and made the series a blowout. He dominated the set after his initial one game blunder and made it a simple and quick finals. ByuN routinely took down sOs defenses despite a weaker composition because his ability to kite and out-micro his opponent was just worlds above. In the matchup of Byuns Terran against sOs Protoss, Protoss needed a high worker count to marshal the resources to create its area of effect units and clear the Terrans early forces. However, ByuN constantly marched into the heart of sOs defense with straightforward armies of marines, marauders, vikings, and sneak-attack liberators. He took down sOs economy with multiple-angled widow mine strikes and attacked the front with incredible marine control. Despite sOs best efforts to counter the composition with colossi, void rays, and even dark templars, his disadvantage in unit control and micro led to his elimination. The lone highlight for sOs was map one. He utilized his macro play and created a better army to take down ByuNs defenses. But, then it was all ByuN after that. ByuN dominated games two and three with early pressure to sOs economy and better micro on timing pushes. Many of the fights came down to both mistakes in sOs reactions and ByuNs sheer ability to control marines. The last two maps demanded that sOs alter his style, and he attempted to mitigate his shortcomings with a strategic change of pace. He used dark templars, early aggression, and even all-in timing attacks to steal a win, but could not. With ByuNs victory, he can claim the title as the best player in the game with the greatest unit control of any professional in the scene. He may just be the face of a new generation of StarCraft II pro gamers. K. C. Jones Jersey . 1 position. Lack made 20 saves for his third shutout of the season as the Canucks blanked the St. Louis Blues 1-0 in the first post-Olympic game for both teams night. TORONTO -- Based on their scouting report, Tampa Bays hitters had a good idea how Toronto left-hander J.A. Happ was going to try and beat them.He went out and beat the Rays anyway.Happ and three relievers combined on a four-hitter as Happ became the first 16-game winner in the majors, and the Blue Jays blanked Tampa Bay 7-0 on Wednesday night.Toronto took over first place in the AL East when the Orioles lost 1-0 to Oakland later Wednesday.Troy Tulowitzki homered and had a season-high five RBI and Justin Smoak also connected for the Blue Jays, whose 162 homers this season are second only to Baltimore. The Orioles entered play Wednesday with 170.Rays manager Kevin Cash said Happ lived up to a scouting report that suggested they would see plenty of fastballs, especially four-seamers.We knew we were going to get it, we just werent able to handle it, Cash said.Happ (16-3) allowed four hits, all singles, to win his 10th consecutive decision.Thats a team number right there, those wins, Happ said after passing Bostons Rick Porcello and Washingtons Stephen Strasburg for most in the majors. But it feels good to go out there and give us a chance to win consistently. Thats always been my goal.Toronto has won Happs past 11 outings and is 18-5 when he starts. We knew he was a good pitcher and were glad to have him back, manager John Gibbons said.Rays infielder Brad Miller played behind Happ when both were with Seattle last season. Miller struck out twice in three at-bats Wednesday.Obviously today it was tough battling in there against him, Miller said. Thats what I liked when I was on his team was his competitive fire and his conviction.Joe Biagini, Jason Grilli and Ryan Tepera worked one inning each to complete Torontos seventh shutout.Tulowitzki hit a two-out, three-run homer off Rays rookie Blake Snell in the first inning, his 19th. The drive snapped a streak of 17 straight solo home runs by Toronto, which hadnt gone deep with a man on base since Josh Donaldsons two-run homer in the first inning of a July 20 win at Arizona. All three runs were unearned after Rays right fielder Steven Soouza Jr.dddddddddddd was charged with an error when he dropped Donaldsons foul fly ball.I had to run a long way but that ball has got to be caught, Souza said.Snell ran into trouble again in the second and could not finish the inning. After Devon Travis hit an RBI single, Donaldson reached on a fielders choice and went to second on a balk. Snell walked Edwin Encarnacion and Russell Martin to load the bases for Tulowitzki, who walked on a full-count pitch to bring home another run. Dylan Floro came on and retired Melvin Upton Jr. to end the rally.Snell (3-5) worked a career-low 1 2/3 innings and matched a career-worst by allowing five runs, two earned, and five hits. He threw 68 pitches, 37 strikes.Thats the first time weve really seen him struggle, Cash said. It wasnt for lack of stuff, he had the stuff going. It was lack of command and location with his pitches. Before the game, the Blue Jays placed slugger Jose Bautista on the 15-day disabled list because of a sprained left knee. Bautista stumbled and fell while making a throw in the third inning Tuesday.STOLEN MOMENTSUpton stole three bases, the most by a Blue Jay since Jose Reyes stole three against Kansas City on July 11, 2015.TRAINERS ROOMRays: SS Matt Duffy (left Achilles) went 0 for 4 in a rehab game at Triple-A Durham. Duffy is expected to make his Rays debut Friday. INF Richie Shaffer was optioned to Durham following Wednesdays game to clear a spot for Duffy.Blue Jays: OF Junior Lake was selected from Triple-A Buffalo to replace Bautista.UP NEXTRays: Tampa Bay is off Thursday before opening a three-game series against the Yankees on Friday.
