The 23-year-old registered 16 goals and 10 assists in 66 regular-season games with the American Hockey Leagues Rockford IceHogs in 2012-13 and paced the club with a career-high 204 penalty minutes. The North Vancouver, British Columbia, native has tallied 37 goals and 35 assists in 162 career games with the IceHogs from 2008 to 2013.
